Reasons why Governments Keep Aliens a Secret?

I was just thinking, and assuming everything is true (aliens, coverups and the like) why would the governments keep it a secrete?

Imagine what alien technology would do to our economy? Alternative fuels or even free fuels. The oil industry would be shattered and all the revenue inculding tax dollars would be lost! All current technology would also be lost, all these companies that invest millions into the tech industry (computers, cellphones) would all be obsolite that they would be bankrupt.

What about medicines? The medication just to hold cancer at bay would also be flushed away to make room for the new medications/technology from aliens. billions of dollars in research would be for nothing and again bankrupt. They could not recoup their losses.

Any other reasons about the global economy or comments?

If you do a bit of research, mainly look up Major Corso, you will see that there are many who think that most of todays technology does in fact come from extraterrestrial intelligence. Transistors, fiber optics, medical advancements, propulsion devices, etc...
These are not necessarily my thoughts, but they are widely known in the ATS community.
As far as why the government would cover it up...who knows for sure?? Maybe they want to keep the power at their beck and call, maybe they fear that the people would all totally freak out!!!

I am aware of our current technology was been given a boost. I am talking about if they landed today. Would the people, especially the ill or families with their members being ill, would they not insist of the alens sharing their medical technology (this is all assuming that they are more advanced in human medicine)Let us also assume that they gave us all of their technology no matter how small (including the wheel if we had not invented it for example)

How would all this affect us?

Perhaps the governments of the world really want this to come out. But it might be that they are in cooperation with the aliens, and that they agree to keep this situation a secret.

To a greater extent, instead of total cooperation, it could also be that extraterrestrials have infiltrated government and are somehow manipulating politics around this issue.

Ok, think I got what you mean now! Well, assuming it was all intended for good use, it would be welcomed, yes!? However, if you mean, would there be a struggle for the advancements by people, then yeah, I think people are pretty competitive by nature. Unfortunately I think that the powers that be on our homeworld here would take matters into their own hands, intervene, and for sure...somebody would try to capitalize on the dollars that could be from aquiring such said technologies!

How bout this hilroy! Do you think governments around the globe have the same alien info? Or, do you think each area of the world has its own separate evidence/communication??

Maybe the aliens want to keep it secret, maybe the free energy will collaps the economy, maybe the goverment are aliens (the very top world leaders that controll everything, secret goverment). Keep searching, remember that many people on official TV are a part of the UFO and alien coverup. And don't get missleaded by the wrong source etc. Good luck

The government takes orders from the aliens. They have built many additional underground bases for them, but they have mastered underground facilities long before humans have done anything similiar. Here is a reason that I have never said out loud before and nobody else that I know of has articulated it this way before:

The world's elites believe that alien influence would lead to a socialistic world that they would have no control over or be able to profit from.

Thus they side with the negative aliens in a gambit to profit from the coming control over humanity planned for the near future.

These human elites do not realize that the aliens will not need them at all once they have landed and will in fact likely terminate them out of distrust.

For one the the Grey's know the Cures for all known Viruses they even have it in Booklet form which I was shown.

What our government doesn't want you to know is that vitamins and minerals something as cheap as this can do wonders. I believe most all can be cured by products that are cheap/ free. Lemons, oranges and so on. Our cures come from the plants and trees on the Earth.

When we destroy our trees from the forest and rain forest for furniture and homes we are not only destroying our air supply we are destroying our cures.

Earth has everything on it that humans need for survival, they are right I believe when they say: humans are a stupid species.

Lol - indeed. This is another reason why the extraterrestrial issue needs to be heavily magnified under the eye of the public. We don't want any surprises.

If there is one thing our governments do not want to do, its to stop existing.

A space-faring extraterrestrial race most likely has as much a superior form of government, or non-government, as they do technology that humanity would undoubtably want to emulate the lifestyles of ETs. Those who are rich and in charge here just aren't going to allow their power to fade without a fight. This is why the secret is kept.

perhaps, just perhaps, the governments' rulers of the world don't want the general public to be aware that a large portion of their subconscious minds are being utilized by aliens/future/past to think. in other words:

the 99.999999997% of your brain activity that you call your "subconscious" is being utilized for thought by someone else than you, or your "conscious" mind which is approximatly 0.000000002% of the thoughts your brain produces.

Even new technology would first require the infrastructure to use it. Just think if I showed up in 1960 with a cell phone... Sure, it's great, but without the cell towers, it's a paperweight. It wouldn't be overnight, but yes, you're starting to see that advanced tech, recklessly introduced into the private sector, would surely cause some economic chaos, to say the least....

Probably not as bad there, would depend on how different their physiology was than ours....but same difference, wouldn't collapse overnight, but would be nearly impossible to consider the consequences of alien med tech suddenly introduced.

A lot of political and religious effects. How would some of the world's greatest religions (largely centered on the dominance of humans) explain beings more advanced than humans existing? Surely we are not then in God's image....perhaps? That's just a small example, but many widely held beliefs would be shattered overnight. You may downplay it, but you also must realize that a lot of the world's folks' lives revolve around religion. An upset to this, could have billions suddenly left feeling hopeless, or at least confused.... It would be an unprecedented occurance.

For politics, how does the government then come clean and admit they've been hiding it. As a government, you're charged with service to the people, yet now the government has been holding back all of this perceived wonder-tech? Disenfranchised doesn't even begin to cover it....

I think you know exactly why any government would treat this as a pretty big secret.... To be honest, it'd be for our own good to release tech slowly into the society. To do otherwise is economic suicide. Eventually though, assuming that is what is happening, it will come out....all secrets eventually do, one way or another....

The better, and deeper question is....why do the ALIENS want to stay a secret?
Perhaps we won't like the answer.....

They have the power to reveal anytime they wish, and nothing the government can do there, so why? That is perhaps the bigger issue......

It has been known for decades that plant, insect and animal life can contain cures to diseases, bacteria and virii. Medieval man used herbs for cures.

Synthesized chemicals are also quite handy in the combat of illness

More than likely they would help sick folks because they realize man did not use the technology for selfless purposes but for selfish reasons and had a hand in causing the ills of the world. Man has probably knowingly poisoned the masses to keep their pockets and caufers filled with wealth pharming out their medicines and surgical procedures.

Ask yourself this. What if the medical field really did cure people? Doctors and Pharm giant CEOs and board members certainly wouldnt be vactaioning in Monoco on 200ft yachts and building multi million dollar homes.

Is being rich and wealthy a crime and immoral?....of course not. But it is if you screw folks on the way to the top and only do philanthropic causes for publicity and tax shelters

I might add...I think soon the gov or those that are in power aren't going to have a say in covering it up. I have this feeling that our little friends have had just about enough with the selfish ways of our leaders. If they were reveiled it would cause panic in the world, people would be terrified and they would rethink about their religion and maby the aliens don't want to be found out it would probably be harder to do what they do here.

I wish everything were out in the open, too, but I can assume there are the following reasons why there is not full disclosure.
1. Humans have an attitude that swings 2 extreme ways: either worship the ETs or want to kill the ETs.
2.The presence of off-world sentient life forms says something about OUR origins....religious or scientific. That might disturb some people. They can't just say "Here is a dog. Here is a cat. Here is a dolphin. Here is a space alien." They have an emotional attachment to the statement. They can't seem to be really impartial. They fear what goes on in an alien's brain.....good or bad. The ability of ETs to reason. There are GOOD ETs and BAD ETs, just as there are good and bad humans.
3. At this time in Earth's history, we are still battling racial, political and religious hatred. As Reagan said...."What if some outside force...." If we can't handle seeing and communicating with fellow humans of other colors, religions and political beliefs, what are we going to do about INTELLIGENT entities who look and act ENTIRELY DIFFERENT FROM OURSELVES?
4. The US Government has used some of the alien technologies to harm people. (Ex. The Philadelphia Experiment, Montauk, etc.)
5. SOME aliens control when and how disclosure will happen. They have input or actual control of some governments. Some are even creating hybrids, genetically-changed, or telepathic humans who can act as translators when disclosure happens. (The abductions)
There may be other reasons, too, that I am not aware of, but those are the most important ones.

I believe the ETs represent a great secret that has been concealed for the most part, but not to all. I'm not talking about technology but the power of mind and spirit. The great masters throughout history have known this, Buddah, Jesus etc.. Everyone's heard stories of aliens mental prowess and how it's directly connected to their technology, this is the source of their power. This power is something we all have, I think it's sad that many think of aliens as superior god like beings when in fact we all have god potential. In fact I will go as far to say that we are god, god being the enregy that makes up everything in the universe including the ETs, we are made of the same stuff. We've all heard the saying we are all connected, we are one, but we are trapped by the illusion of a 3 dimensional world.
I believe that malevolent aliens are a myth simply because of universal law, A agressive mind will either destroy itself or attract other agressive minds to do the destruction, thats why they don't retaliate when attacked by us. live by the sword, die by the sword. I've studied martial arts for over 20 years (excuse the self indulgence) and this I know to be true. This is a path we can choose if we wish.
As for technology we are on the verge of a scientific renaissance. Stephen Hawkings once said that soon their will be no scientific problems left, we are on the edge of unlocking the secrets of the universe, fibre optics and microchips are small things compared to the things being discovered today it won't take ETs do bring down archaic religion, quantum physics is already doing that, (Although some fundamentlist still believe the the universe is only 6000 years old) we've done this not the aliens.
So ultimately it's about power and control. The fact of the matter is we will evolve to this very soon, some won't of course, natural selection? when that happens the ETs will reveal themselves.
