Tom Delay: Talking Head?

Tom Delay was just on Paula Zahn talking about Rummy's resignation.

Why?

When the Foley scandal broke, reporters asked Tom Delay what he thought.

Why?

Could someone please explain to me why Tom Delay's opinion on anything matters?



I thought he was in legal trouble.

PS, I posted this in the disinfo forum because I feel like I'm totally expected to forget that, just last year, he was a criminal. Very confusing, this brave new world...

You strike a considerable blow to their ability to b/s you when you stop watching these #ty hosted talk shows. They give you the exact kind of slanted world view that everyone who watches too much TV carries around. Actually try disconnecting your cable altogether and just use the TV for DVDs and videos.

News is at it's best at it's source, IE reuters, before it's been edited into a 30 minute time slot on some network station, with all those ever present factual omissions that make up their one sided corporate-vested-interest garbage.
