This was a hard one, I know the episode but couldn't think of it, but after plenty of looking for it I found something that says: Mrs Krabapple is doing a rendition of Fever, then Bart says "I didn't think it was possible but this both sucks and blows"

Well, I do believe that the crayon that Moe installed was powder blue (but it reads "royal blue").

As for the one already in there...mmmmmm not sure...green perhaps?
Purple maybe?
