People on the inside, their story!?

With all the guesswork going on about area 51 and the myriad of other names it goes by, does anybody have any first hand stories from people who have worked/been there (on the inside)? I have already asked John Lear and am awaiting his response so please do not link me to that site. I was particulary interested in the post that dealt with security guards that had to be gradually introduced to alien species for fear of them completely breaking down out of sheer horror.

This has been touched on but briefly as far as I have read, so again I ask you......any info from inside sources??

I have interviewed numerous former Area 51 workers including test pilots, command personnel, security officers, air traffic controllers, flight test engineers, radar technicians, and others. They do indeed have many interesting stories.
