An orthodox Christian generally follows teachings of the Bible right?
But what is the Bible? The Old Testament? Or is it The New Testement?
Jews will tell you that the bible is the Tanakh, which in christian terms is the Old Testament.
Christians will tell you that it is both the Old Testament, and the New Testament.

However, Orthadox Christians practice the teachings of the New Testament, whilst ignoring the old.
For example Orthadox Christians do not eat only kosher foods. They do not celebrate passover. Etc...

If Jesus truely was the son of God, here to save the Jews, then modern Jews will 'perish in sin' for not following the teachings of the New Testament.
If Jesus truely was the son of God, here to save the Jews, then Christans 'perish in sin' for not following the teachings of the Old Testament.

The only people who would be 'saved' would be Messianic Judaism, who follow the teachings of both the Old, and the New.
Why Christians do not 'convert' to their own religion, I will never understand.
