whats the ETA on the ATS chat feature?

Heya all u groovey people.
I was just wondering when chat will be up and running again coz it has been a while now and i feel like a shell of my former self without it ,
I dont mean to nag but i was just wondering when it would be up and running again.
was there a massive crash with it??
anyway just a question .
