The trouble with that Guardian survey is the question ain`t fair.
I mean there is only one "world leader" out of those 3 ,and it isn`t Bin or Kim is it.
So its a loaded question in a way,as most would say Bush for that reason maybe.

Yeah its not a great question really, its just to show how much Bush is despised on whole. The average American I feel sorry for. They have to carry the burden of his!
