Chemtrails causing cold snap?

Hello ATS, I live in Seattle and last Sunday I observed a giant chemtrail over the city. The Seahawks were playing at home, and 3 F-16's did a fly-by. My question(s) are/is this....is it possible these jets dispursed the chemicals. I saw a giant and miles long trail which lasted for close to 3-5 hours. It was very wide, probably 200ft maybe? And possibly 5 miles long. I later saw more towards the South, an X in the air with the similar signs of what I've learned to be a possible chemtrail. And now, we are having extremely cold weather. Is it possible that these chemicals caused this unusually cold weather for this time of year. It may be the actual weather, but I do know that October 21 2006, I observed what appeared to be Chemtrails. I should've taken pictures but I'm certain you will take me seriously.
