Sick Revenge Rape.

This is just sick.
This guy was angry about an argument with his brother about a girlfriend.
So... What did he decide to do? Get revenge.
How? With rape.
But he didn't rape the girlfriend. He raped his own mother.

geeeez are you serious???perhaps he chose his mother because only his family would know about it,instead of the girlfriend because HER family might know about it.

Yeah, I still can't work out why. I don't think he did it just to 'keep it in the family.' (no pun intended)
But I still don't see his logic, or how he made the connection.
Brother + Girl = Revenge. Revenge = Mother.

I find the worst part to be this:

He is on bail for $100,000.
I BET $100,000 that he gets off easy...Clinically insane.

He should be taken out the back of the court house and shot. Scum like this don't deserve any second chances, or bail, the only thing they deserve is the price of a bullet.

Thats just sick! The mother was drunk, passed out on the couch. I would bet that the two brothers were also half lit. To top it all off, it even happened in a Trailer Park. I know its not nice to stereotype but I cant wait to see the mug shot to see if he has a mullet.

That is messed up. You have to wonder what goes through people minds when they are doing things like this. Hopefully he will get the help he needs

The case in Lauderdale County apparently started at the new municipal park in Saint Florian, north of Florence. Clemons says Helms was in the area for an Oktoberfest event where he was working and operating rides for children when he allegedly met his 16-year-old victim.
