ATS Chat is Down (Oct. 30, 2006)

I can live a week or more without chat before I start to have my withdrawals. Even without the chat, I'm still fun though.

this is clearly a conspiracy against the alltheconspiracy game players that would normally be in chat, bouncing ideas off the server walls.

admit it. it's a conspiracy within the conspiracy game. very clever SO et al but I am onto you. not literally, although if I were to ever go that way SO would be strategically located for me. Springer, breath a sigh of relief.

Lol Im giving you a WATS for creativity whether its true or not. Thats just too coincidental and I probably wouldnt have thought of that at all.

So If I solve the Allconspiracy game I get my chat back? Well I got motivation to play now lol.

So that's what happened to the chat room. I thought maybe it was my computer Good thing Zaph is on the road... I think he would be having serious side effects from this

I guess I'll see my chat friends in a week or two?

Kuhl. It could have been a lot worse mate. I mean, he could have spilled some Jack Daniels all over it. But I believe he didn't.

This is just to remind people chat is still down..

I believe that the chat functions are actually hosted through a different server (since is is basically a purchased software). I am pretty sure an ATS server would not be down this long so obviously, our vendor is having a problem.

I'm sure SkepticOverlord will continue to work with them and help resolve any issues, but I'm pretty sure most of it is outside our control.
