Hello from England

Hi everyone.
I've been a long time lurker but finally decided to join. The turning point was reading Bill Sweetnam's article about Aurora being revived or something like that. I thought that was worth discussing with like minded people.

I like a good conspiracy and bought the book Above Top Secret when it came out. Open minded but not sold on alien tech and the like. More interested in what our military forces are up to.

Like sci-fi, techno thrillers, online role playing games, amongst other things. Would like to be a writer - if only I had the talent!

Come from Derby, England. Famous for making Rolls Royce nuclear submarine engines - and boy is security tight there! Not far form the Peak District and its fairly recent wave of UFO sightings.

Once saw a low flying aircraft over Gloucester, England along with lots of its citizens in 1984 or 1985. Local radio station and paper picked up on it but the civil aviation authority and RAF denied that any aircraft flew over the city that night. Never managed to follow it up so if anyone knows or can remember anything, I wodl be grateful!
