Central Inteligence Agency , a state terrorist organisation ?!?

I was sitting at home watching movies about conspiracy related subjects (as i do a fair bit of ;P ) and i came across this interesting piece, It is about the CIA and it talks about there secretive ways and there ways since they first began , I find it interesting and the ways in which they are depicted here seems somewhat unnerving , I would like to know your thoughts on this video ,
