Ok, I am looking into companies based in Fort Worth, that may have profited from the viet-nam war.

Here is a list of the major companies located in Dallas FW...

I'm not so certain this has to do with Dallas/Ft. Worth. Seems too obvious.

I'm thinking along the lines of a different abbreviation, somthing along the lines of:

______________ foreign war(s)

But have'nt found anything like "Dept. of Foreign Wars" (DFW)

Or maybe something not even using the words "foreign" or "war", but I am looking at alternatives to the Dallas/Ft Worth angle.

Hmmm....

Department of Fish and Wildlife

Doesn't seem to fit....

Searching........

Yes, but if you remember, some of the "hardest" questions have been the most obvious.

Good idea though Mech, we need to check any and all angles.

I am looking into Lockheed now, no luck as of yet, but I think they would have made a huge profit from the war in Vietnam, if this is indeed the "lost war" of the question...

That imo, is going to be one af the sticking points for this question. Which lost war, and from whose point of view?

Anyway, still searching..............

Take a deep breathe, clear your cookies, and input the urls slowly!

C'mon, I know you can do it! You probably skipped one.

Nope, didn't skip one. It just wouldn't work. But I did from the tinwiki site -- click, back, click, back... -- and it worked fine.

Tried:

bell
bellhelicopter
bellhelicoptertextron
belltextron
bhtextron
textron
huey
uh1iroquios
iroquioshelicopter

and several others. Got a no-hitter going so far.

That's what I thought you did in the first place. But I'm glad you got there, none the less.

Got it!!

generaldynamics.html

Next clue:

O.N., "Affair"

irancontra.html

O.N. = Oliver North.

The next page looks blank to me. Can anybody see anything?

Damn, Spork. You're on a roll!!!

Yes, I get the blank screen as well.

I have sent a request via "Complaints" to get the game reactivated....

I guess we will have to wait once more, for the Official restart of the game.

Perhaps we were supposed to get more referrals at this point. But there is no indication on the game page.

The blank field may be the clue. It'd be a pretty vague clue, though.

Tried a few thing like:

tellyouwhat.html
whatdoestheeyewantnow.html
givemeaclue.html

That's a possibility.

Excellent job TS!

I confirm the blank screen to.

Just a thought: If the blank screen is a clue, it may have had meaning when the clues were in sequence. Since they are no longer sequential, we may be pretty clueless at this point.
