How much time do you spend 'finalizing' your ATS PODCast?

Just curious, for those of you who have made an ATS PODCast, how much time do you spend 'finalizing' it? What I am really curious about is, do you just record the PODCast and then upload it, or do you listen to the final version, tweak it, then listen to it again, then tweak it some more, and listen once again, do a little more tweaking.... er, you get the idea.

I spend about 2 - 3 hours after I record a PODCast working towards getting the PODCast as good as I can. Anyone else do this?

I don't spend that long, but usually about an hour getting the music just right in the background not to mention picking what I consider to be the right music for the mood..

The longest process for me is adapting the two sound files so that they are compatible..
