Just curious as to how many of you people who engaged in vigorous physical activity fairly often take supplements of any kind??
I take a multivitamin by APEX
which is designed for people who have trouble getting enough veggies in their
diet. I also take an APEX supplement called Recovery after the toughest workouts. It is designed to "curb muscle breakdown and delay fatigue."
Basically gets those amino acids to the muscles quickly.
