Global 2000?

I've been trying to find a copy of a government issued book something along the lines of Global 2000, I believe it was made in the 70's and fortold the Bush administration and current events. The government got rid of these books and only a few remain. Could anyone shed light on this and have if you have more information could you share it. The book was either released by the CIA or some other government agency.

The book also talks about how the CIA created AIDs and thats they never intended for it to have a cure, but they made one just in case or something. Also I forget what they call AIDs,
