Is it surprising that we find so many anomalies on some of the moons in the Solar System?

Take our Moon for example, and Phobos, a moon of Mars and Eros in the Asteroid Belt. There are strange structures there that do not look natural.
Of course, there’ll be many here who will vehemently protest at the very hint of anything artificial on any moon or planet in the Solar System!

But then there are theories and conjectures that indicate that there were great wars eons ago in the Solar System, that the Asteroid Belt was once a planet which was destroyed by unknown forces (or weapons?) in an inter planetary war, and so on. Sci fi stuff. But is there proof that this did not happen in the distant past?

So were some of these strange artificial looking structures, Early Warning Outposts or some sort of comm centres?

To substantiate my point further, I’ve selected a few photographs taken by the Mars Global Surveyor.

Now that looks like a bunker of some sort on phobos

What is that object on the surface of Phobos? An outpost of some kind? Or some huge winged vehicle. What do our geologists on ATS have to say about this 'rock' formation?

Now what's below is equally mysterious. Remember Arthur C, Clark's monolith?
These photos are courtesy Efrain Palermo. Here

Above is an object made by hand but what's below is an actual photograph of the object on phobos! Notice the uncanny resemblance of the monoliths??

Palermo's Phobos Anomalies

Above is another object that resembles a huge cubed artificial structure. Note the resemblance to Palermo's sketch.

Is this some sort of a weapon emplacement on Eros?

The extended shadow on the right of the object is probably of a projection you can see toward the top right of the object. Note the sharply defined rectangular shadow at the bottom right of the object.

Those that subscribe to the ancient visitation possibilities know that many cultures have legends about air and space combat in the distant past so....

Hey Mike, why this thread didn't get more hits?
