Police video records ghost car drive through a fence!

Could someone please explain how a real police officer could either be fooled by a fence opening right in front of him or why a real police officer would fake a video like this?

By all appearances, it would seem that the car drives straight through the fence.

However, since we cannot see the car go directly through the fence, I'd take it with a bit of salt.

Odd, it looks real enough, but we don't see enough of the left of the fence, there could be an opening or something.

Pretty cool anyway.

There was already a thread on this and the general consensus was that the car passed under the fence, which was loosened at the bottom.
