New UK flag needed?

You may remember this lot

they wanted to add black lines to the Union flag, but it failed and they ended the campaign. But do we need a new Flag for a new Britain? adding the Welsh dragon to a new flag or the idea of tricolor for the UK?

(im not advocating the removal of the Union Jack)

With devolution in Scotland it wont be long till we gain full independance and then you can take the St Andrews cross out of the flag and replace it with what ever you desire.

Scots will never vote for full independence.

Who said we would have to vote for independance?
If anything it will be the English that break up the union.
The English are getting P****d off because our MPs get to vote in there parliament but theirs dont get to vote in ours.
Most dont like the idea that the current PM (Blair) and his heir apparent (brown) are Scots because of the same thing.

I said in another thread that the English will be the ones who can and might break up the Union.

but, i really doubt that would happen. but you never know.

Let's face it, the only things that they wanted from us were our natural resources and seeeing how they are virtually depleted it wont be too long till they decide it is a good time to see if we could survive alone.
