Wage Slaves!

Okay, I have a new argument as to why they ARE slaves who are FORCED to work. In our society, people use currency to purchase, food, shelter and entertainment. Those of us that do not have a working or functioning economy are FORCED to move because they litterally CANNOT survive without working. It is almost impossible. You need money for food, so where does money come from(usually) work!

Now we have all these people who cannot live in their own country and are forced to move to some place that has money avaible. They seek a job just to survive, they do not want to work at these places but DO NOT HAVE A CHOICE. Money is the source of slavery. To survive you need at least Food and water which costs money, so people are litterally starving if they do not have a source of income.

In America, we have gotten rid of involentary survitude. We replaced that with inflation to Force those of us that want a more peaceful lifestyle back into the work force.

It really is slavery, not forced but implemented in a way nessesary to survive.

Maybe slavery at the begining of this country was actually a test on 2 types of slavery. The first time was forced slavery and the African community. The second type was Wage slaves.

Wage slaves have become such a dominant force that from age 5 + we are sent to brainwashing camps (schools) to teach us how to be better wage slaves. Its tottaly disgusting.

It infuriates me every time I think about it.

It comes down too, these people either get a #ty job and waste their precious life on crappy menial tasks so some Uber rich family can buy a new plasma.

The difference between the slaves of yester-year (if that's even a word) and the immigrants (being termed in this topic as slaves) of today?

150 years ago slaves were rounded up from remote villages put onto boats against their will brought to the states, sold and kept as property, not educated, not medically treated, physically abused by their owners and if they tried to flee they were, in most cases, allowed to be hunted down and killed.

The so called "slaves" of today? They sneak into the border ... often risking death and crossing in isolated desert areas going days without proper rations, sometimes in extreme heat. They "look" (ie, voluntarily) for a job, under the table, that may or may not pay minimum wage. Their children are allowed to go to school, ghey are free to leave at anytime, and get emergency medical treatment at local hospitals for free. If they are caught and sent packing, they often try to sneak right back across the border. I don't think the slaves of 150 years ago would try to get back stateside if they were somehow able to make it back to their homeland.

I am in no way saying the illegal immigrants have an easy life in our country. I live in California ... I see first hand the struggles of the legal and illegal immigrants .. some of the scond class treatment they recieve. But they are not the indentured servants of the 1800's and early 1900's. Most places in California ... hosptials/school districts/etc make it clear that they don't care about immigration status in order to provide their services and they do not report illegals to the INS. Even law enforcement around here doesn't report illegals (typically) unless they are involved in a crime ... the reason being that if someone is a victim of a crime you want them to feel free in coming forth with their statement.

EXACT-A-TACTLY!! It is sick. I don't think there is anything wrong with "working your way up" but that should be at worst a starting position and sadly it has become more of a "career", if it can be called that. I mean, doesn't it strike anyone strange that today you have to have both parents working professional jobs, just to have the same standard of living that was assured with one professional job 60 years ago? But people just refuse to see it. I have tried to tell people, but something about telling them that they are really slaves puts them off though.. LOL!

What can you do? Escape to the northern woods, and plant a garden, grow your own food and remove yourself from the situation? Or wait until your next RFID..errr...B12 shot, and then you'll never be able to excape!
