Islamic state setup in Iraq

I heard on the news today that a group within iraq has declared it has setup a islamic state within baghdad.
One primarily for sunni's.

Can anyone confirm this or possibly give me some information so I can locate some reports?

I only saw this briefly, but feel its a important stepping stone here.
Yet none of the major news outlets are reporting on it.
