Well, I wish that the video would have spent more time showing the 'creature'. It kind of looks like a wallabee, to me. Are wallabee's known to attack livestock? Maybe they are related to Monty Python's rabbits.

It looks a lot like those other "chupacabras" photos, all of which were debunked. I'm guessing a fox or coyote with mange.
