Euthanasia not only in Oregon

After I seen what they did to my grand father in Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach ca. I knew they just put him down, a nurse came in I watched her, gave him a shot, Boom his heart stop, she lied when they came into revive him, and said she did give him a shot, they tied his arms, put a tube down his throat and loaded him up on moriphine. The nurse was very cold, turned the lights out and basically said he was dead, when he was not, this should illegal.
But I have read that one out three hospital Euthanize people.
