This is my big question as well. They obvioulsy exist, but I cant subscribe to the theories they are for locking up the masses for extermination or
testing or brainwashing etc.
I believe the govt possibly has fore-knowledge of an impending crisis and is preparing, or they have no fore-kowledge and are just being prepared for
an unknown disaster scenario.
Most likey disasters in my opinion are:
pandemic
mass riots (cause unknown - famine? economic collapse?)
geologic or climate catastrophe
invasion 9 (terrestrial or otherswise)

The fact the camps are more like prisons than shelters points more to unwilling movement of people. The fences point in not out, they want to keep the
people INSIDE not keep someone OUTSIDE the camp. They use them however they want, they have made a large chunk of the NO population just...
"dissapear" in a month. Greg Palast hunted them down and found them incarcerated in camps and now has charges against him courtesy of the DHS people
and the bu#es. The camps are also for rounding up anyone they dont like in their Gulag when they get it online. If they try it now people will blow
them away, if they can cause a good reason for it to the rednecks and bu#ies in the red states they will go gung ho for it.

they are places built to provide shelter in times of danger, catastrophe, earthquake etc - somewhere people can be sure they are safe when their
homes are destroyed and looters are on the streets? Just a wild theory i know.

The first targets in any FEMA emergency would be Hispanics and Blacks, the FEMA orders call for them to be rounded up and detained. Tax
protesters, demonstrators against government military intervention outside U.S. borders, and people who maintain weapons in their homes are also
targets. Operation Trojan Horse is a program designed to learn the identity of potential opponents to martial law. The program lures potential
protesters into public forums, conducted by a "hero" of the people who advocates survival training. The list of names gathered at such meetings and
rallies are computerized and then targeted in case of an emergency.
I guess that sums it up for everyone to be detained unless you are praying to "those in charge" as apposed to your God.
