Rail crash in France

Reports are coming in that a passenger train has collided with a goods train

The train was traveling from Luxemburg in to France,

Reports are that 10 people have been killed,

PARIS, Oct 11 (Reuters) - A passenger train has collided with a goods train in north eastern France killing nine people and injuring an unconfirmed number, an official for the state SNCF railways said on Wednesday.

"There are nine dead," said the SNCF spokesman in Paris.

Another rail official said earlier that a passenger train from neighbouring Luxembourg had hit a goods train at Zoufftgen, in the French department of Moselle
