This is one *stunning* document i've come across.

I have to admit it took me a month to read only because of the sheer magnitude of topics covered by this document penned by The Nexus Seven, I had to stop several times just to do some sidebar research into some of the disclosures as it relates to the "big Picture", you know, don't believe everything you read
type of thing.

This is not for the Lazy reader nor for the teenage mind, IMO, simply because it is just too much to intake. If you're going to read it then really read it, if not, then i don't know.. discuss if we really went to the moon or not, whatever.

What's in it: ARC (Alien Response Consortium)

The Echelon of the Illuminati/New World Order,how it work's who's involved globally(detailled), how they keep it all a secret and to whom/what they are tied in to; some of our most beloved Ufologists and how they were manipulated into the grand scheme of things; Clinton, Satanic rituals, GWB, Religion and the ET's, Our future, Billy Meier and the truth, Orion, Sirius, the Pleiadans, David Icke and the threath he represents to Institutions, Reptillian shapeshifters and if it's true or not and who is involved, who we are and where were going and much, much more.
But folks don't take it from me just read it. It is very well written and IMO just by the style of writing i can tell it to be a genuine article. It also bridges Science and Religion very well.

It's like a forty page document more or less and it is a worthy read. It paints an absolute clear picture of it all and it all makes a hell of alot of sense. Alot of you that come to ATS are intelligent and have questioned on this very forum some of the answers found in this document, O.k i think i sold it enough.Here it is. you decide. Deny Ignorance.

I don't know.. this is in similar format like 'walkthroughs" for games, I'm not saying this is a game. Even though there is a lot of information here, I am not sure if this is valid enough but I will have a look into it. I've been researching these things for a while now.

From what I read, the person writing it said it was all science fiction. Screw that noise.

If you would have continued reading the document you would have seen that the first five pages are written to discourage the debunkers from reading the document and he also rants about the reasoning behind his effort to throw you off.

Well, I would say I am impressed with how they made a short story long and boring, yawn.

To some it up do away the monies and time and working for these yahoo's and making them rich.

The Earth should be heaven and we should all be working in whatever we can to supply us all with what needs to be provided.

Like one big happy commune but with prospects of fresh air, beautiful lands, clean waters. Fresh foods and learning that is not of the way it is now.

I guess if i'm looking for a discussion i might as well post the headlines of the document for all to see, so here is a brief overview.

ARC, they're the Alien Presence International Security Response Consortium, they are at the top of the pyramid. They're job, apart from the obvious, is to control the institutions that help suppress the Extra-Terrestrial truth.

How it works:

One easy way of putting it would be for example, when something absolutely undeniable happens, because mainstream media stay away from ufo reporting "like the plague" as he puts it, the job of deniability becomes much easier so they would send their NASA/SETI/IAU academics, military spokesmen or intelligence agencies to laugh it up and basically deny and debunk.

Who controls whom:

Anyway, notice the order in the hierarchy as it reveals the dynamics of true
power and influence brokering across the rarified essence players. Also
notice that nobody is going to be happy with the idea that ET matters are
most controlled by Echelon 7.
Echelon 2 is knowingly beholden to Echelon 1. Echelon 3 and up are outside
and beyond any review or knowledge, not limited to the domain of normal
human affairs, as they are all effectively obsessed with the alien problem.

So obviously none of this is true in reality. It is science fiction pure and
simple and H.G. Wells just got something started. So relax. Get over it. Allow
ET continue to be the pop culture that it is, even if you are an abductee and
know "they're really here."

The storyline here integrates seemingly radically disparate phenomenon in our world, threaded together into a process that posits many alien civilizations
covertly visiting our world for many reasons.

It clearly says that it is not true. And if it was, as you say, psychological warfare, I'm sure it would be less lighthearted and more sinisterly terrifying. The best kind of psych. warfare is the kind which scares you.
