Majestic Light Monopoly

Is anyone familiar with the above term? It was used by a fellow ATS'r and he has since disappeared. I googled the term with no results.

The person who used the phrase used it when he said he couldn't see a certain posters posts and he referred to the Majestic Light Monopoly as the possible cause of the supposed blackout of the person's post.

Can you help to help me know what he might have meant?
