Dangerous person at large
A recently published book titled 'Suburban Spies' talks of secret programs aimed to monitor and attempt control of people. These programs include lethal intentions toward selected targets using surveillance technology and subliminal methods. People who are recruits to these programs (see pic) participate in obtaining surveillance information from secret sources with money, sex and favours.

Since the first post of this string, it has been reported in the news of Echelon which is a global surveillance network which has been secret for many years. The US government and the NSA have denied its existance to countries accusing the US of spying on foreing companies for a competitive advantage.

Interviews with Intelligence and national law enforcement groups have confirmed the existance and uses of Echelon for spying. This includes recording of conversations in open space (not phone, not email) and sharing with involved parties. News reports have also stated that the system is being abused with innocent victims being terrorized by the use of surveillance and manipulative and oppressive techniques.

What most dont know is the extent of Echelon technologies, which can include the likes of secret methods only seen in spy movies. Yes, such as probing people`s thought functions and sharing the information with others!! My God, if there is one! People no longer have the privacy of their own thoughts, only to be harrassed for what they (probably not knowingly) are thinking!!

If there is a worse torment? This secret package of torture includes look-alikes to follow and stalk victims and use information probed from the victim to psychologically oppress and torture them.

The person identified in the first post of this string has access to such methods and has tried to kill someone covertly, while seemingly having no part in it.

Below is a text copy of an email sent by the agent in the first posting. Information is often obtained from Echelon surveillance in exchange for money, sex or favours. Agents are disguised in respectable companies and professions, as the text copy of her email shows.

This immediately reminded me of gangstalking, see politics.abovetopsecret.com... for more, the source you cited kept it all very brief, did you just stumble upon that link or did you have information from other (non-linkable) sources ?
