A Portuguese scientist from the Geografic Institute of the University of Coimbra has made an Access database with links to Mars photos, a total of
329,240 images at December 15, 2005.
These photos were taken from 1971 to 2005 by Mariner 9, Viking 1 and 2, Mars Global Surveyor, Mars Odyssey and Mars Express missions.

PS - its best to note that it is a 15megabyte download , ATSers who are on dial up or a mobile conection take note

Thanks, ignorant_ape, how easily we forget the old times of dial up connections...
I hope this database gets updated with the new photos from Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter, the first ones are excellent.
