As I understand biology Reptiles have separate tubes for air and food. A cold is a lot more serious for a reptile as it does not have an alternative pathway for air should the nose get blocked. The mouth is used for food and water. The only gas they can produce through that orifice would be digestive by products. That would not allow the amount of gas flow required for speech.
Plus the various elements required for speech would have evolved only in the area of gas flow... the nasal system.
This means so called reptillians could only speak through their noses. There doesnt seem to be much evidence of that.
Come to think of it the thermal regulation of reptilian species would make their living normally in our society difficult. Rather than keep looking for reptillians in photos perhaps we should be looking to see if the great and the good spend time under a heat lamp....

What makes you think that those Reptillians have an anatomical structure even close to that of reptiles on earth?

Because they are called Reptillians...bit of a clue

If they did not have the same structure they would not be Reptillian by definition.

Umm... Yeah, no.

They're given the name reptillian because they resemble what we, here on Earth, know to be reptiles. Just because they look a certain way doesnt make them that way within.
