whatever became of it? did it just fizzle out? is it still in the works?
i was looking back through the older ATS threads on the subject. i went off on my own trying to find some new information on the topic, but so far all of the info that i can dredge up is not more than at least 5 months old. i dont mean to sound like a doom-'n-gloomer but by the day it seems that the situations between world countries is getting worse. did the nuclear power situation make other countries want to back out of the endevour? did iran put their plans on hold or just scrap the bourse altogether in favor of pursuing nuclear power?
