Anyone can tell me how I can do this?

I have Civiliation 4 and Warlords and I would like to be able to put my favorite map from Civilization 4 into warlords. Now this is not a mod. It is a map which is called - Earth1000AD. Anyone know if theres a way for I can use that map in Warlords? I am aware that some things have been changed in Warlords that were in Civilization 4 such as border color. Or is this not possible? Or is there any free software I can download which enables me to do this?
