OK. Now they are getting serious. I'm 100 percent against malicious code theft but I'm not so sure this fellow is guilty of being anything other than brilliant... I may be wrong, I don't know... did he steal source code or you know just "look under the hood" to see what makes it go?... Here's him getting sued today from a news link over at
TomsHardware

Then later today he (Mr. Viodentia) releases FairUse4WM 1.3 as reported in this
DailyTech from about lunch... he knew they were "comin' for him and he shot back" with more code.

This may prove to be really vicious or perhaps they may just "buy" him? I think I like this Viodentia character but need more info. On the surface this would seem to be like other cases (P2P etc) but I'm not sure.
