in what order and what time do you think Iraq will assume provincial iraqi control of every provinc

Well so far there is two provinces that have done assumed provincial iraqi control.
Those being Muthanna and Dhi Qar.


My guesses are that
October Dahuk
November Irbil and Suamaniyah
December Maysan
end of 2006
January/Febuary Wasit and Qadisiyah
March Ninewah
April Tamim
May An Najaf
June Babil
July Basra
August Salah Ad Din
September Diyala
October Karbala
December Anbar
end of 2007
Febuary Baghdad
