Bush Speech Writers

I thought of this, and frankly, it's a pretty funny possibility..

Of all the stupid quotes Bush has, of all the messed up sentences, and the world famous "nucular" weapons speeches..

What do you think the possibility is of the speech writers purposely writing these screw ups in for their own personal ammusment and Bush is too stupid to realize it?
