Now here's an interesting little scientific anomoly: Why does moondust smell like gunpowder?

My theory: The entire moon is a archtypal statement of man's violent underbelly. Just kidding. Anyway, this is a good read.

You hit the hammer on the head of what I was going to say. The moon has a volcanicaly active past. Gun powder smells like the lava rocks you put in your barbacue to distrobute the heat.
