If your looking for a polite way to tell them no, then tell them that you believe in the holy trinity, and there is no way that anything, no matter how convincing, is ever going to change you heart about that. You can even tell them that you took a confirmation oath and you feel that you would be breaking an oath to God if you changed your belief on that subject. In case you do not know this, they do not believe that Christ is the same as God the Father (Jehovah Witnesses also believe this way so it works with them to), and that will be a deal breaker for them. If you do this politely, they will have to respect your feelings and leave you be. They will leave at least feeling that you are a member of a Christian faith and all should be fine.

After all they will just confirm you into their faith after you dieā€¦.

These guys usually grow up to be really good salesmen because they hear "no" so often. Think of yourself as a training aide for these two. Get some enjoyment out of it and realize that they are growing and this is a darmic event. They are supposed to be at your door bugging you.

Thanks for your kind words, Sharkman - but I said 'yes' not 'no' that's the problem! -

It;'s amazing how vulnerable you feel in your pyjamas on your doorstep at night talking to religion salesmen!
