A world anti-terrorist unit??

Can the World Order have a anti-terrorist unit, that takes care of the enemy in the
USA and the BFE ofmankind? And it (does) not (need to) be a linked group, actively working for our government, or linked to any one area of the World?

Maybe in some "Star Trek" type world in the 25th century. Nice idea though.

Couldn't happen now or in the near future, IMO.

Heck, the U.N. is barely functional.

Well, I believe that if all the us and international groups put the finances on the table, I believe there is a way to put it together, but, without the "money" it is hard to do. Without a unlimited amount of assistance from the big companies.
