Worth the Licence Fee on his own IMO. Nothing better than waking up and hearing him destroying some wannabe/zealot/apparchik politico.

He asked that fake imam the questions that need asking, he has big cojones that Humphreys lad!

With him, Paxman etc we have the best journos in the world - and with our Govt we need them!

No i rate Humphrys over Paxman, he just bullies the interviewee. Humphrys does more, he's probes, questions, quizzes and asks the real questions. The annoying trend that's developed with journalists nowadays is that they're more rude and abrasive than they used to be, this goes for all networks. Not that i'm against questioning something since it's in our nature and we should never shy away from that. It's the manner in which it's conducted that irks me. Seems based more on sensationalism rather than real investigative journalism.

Hoprfully the Welsh pitbull will keep it up. (if the viagra holds out)
