Do you think it's infidelity towards your SO if you have an astral lover?

They could be real only on the astral plane or exist as a real person on the physical plane.

I think for sure it's infidelity if the astral lover exists as a real person.

What's an astral lover? How do you meet an astral lover?

I don't believe so. Even though the person may be real somewhere, at the time of the astral affair, you are in a different plane. The chances of ever even recognizing the other person IF you were to ever walk by them on the street would be slim.

Besides, you are at that point talking about two different realities. If you are doing something real in one reality, is it real in another reality.

Not to mention that if you started to feel guilty and told you SO that you had an astral affair, they would prolly take you to a shrink.

I have never had an astral affair, in fact, I try to avoid the earth plane when I do travel. I like visiting other realms. But if the chance arose, I would weigh my options at that time. I have "met a few friends" in other realms, but nothing like that.

once you shed you baggage of self guilt and doubt of actions and move with enough faith to actually will yourself and controll such an occurance i think it will be another experience just as most experiences...

I don't have any experience with astral sex, but I think it would be disloyal. That's just my opinion.

I also believe that an astral lover would not be disloyal. In my mind, the astral plane and the physical plane are two different things, and I don't mean that like the old two different area codes thing. I feel while what is done on one plane can affect you on the other, the only thing you'd have to worry about is guilt and your SO thinking you're insane for claiming to committing astral infidelity.

Sure, have an astral lover. Have a whole harem full of em if you like. Enjoy your life so long as you don't hurt anyone.

I think we had astral lovers and friends, family etc before we came to the earth; and so it would be cruel to them if we ignored them just because we started new relationships on earth.

being in the astral form i think can best be explained as putting yourself in another form of consciousness & the astral lover would be someone you meet in the same form.

technically i think it's infidelity if the consciousnesses getting together both originate from human form. just because the sex is taking place out of body, doesn't exempt it from the usual form of infidelity.

it's mostly likely rare that you would ever be caught by your SO in this activity unless they are also knowledgeable about this sort of thing.

in the past i took classes in astral projection & i noticed the classes always had a 95% male occupancy rate. and guess what they were interested in learning? astral sex. heh.

i could use a one night astral stand.

Yes for me I would say it is unfaithful to have an SO and an astral lover, sexual or not. Dreaming or astral traveling with or to someone is an affair in itself.

Manifestation of the dream/astral into reality has to be done or has to be closed it's a personal decision, that only you can decide.

You cannot commit yourself to both.

Anybody ever see an astral lover in real life afterwards? Man, that's pretty weird... You'll see each other, and each will know, but somehow, it's just weird...especially since they may not even realize it for what it was...

Well...like Mags I've also had an 'astral lover' for many many years who also comes to me in different forms...though her 'essence' is the same and its how I recognise her. I am not 100% sure if she exists in this world or perhaps its a case of not being ready, though I do have my suspicions and intuitions about that. The peace she brings me, the experiences she creates within me are beyond description, and in some ways, well exceed what I have experienced in real life. She knows me intimately, spiritually and emotionally...I in no way feel scared, feel insecure, feel shy or reserved with her...and all I feel is a loving bliss when in her presence.

As for infidelity...if I was with someone physically, yes, I would consider that being disloyal to my physical partner...as my emotional/spiritual energies would in effect be split between two 'receivers'...

Thank you, I was really trying to figure that one out. Seriously. I thought it was Sleeping Opposite or something... I'm not sure.

Can anyone tell me how to have an Astral Projection? Isn't it like dreaming, or telepathic dreaming? I'm really interested in finding out how to do that Astral Projection thing.

And to think that I couldn't get more than 8-10 feet away from my body till now. It's been almost a year since my last OBE... They never lasted more than a few seconds.

But I'm not focused on it at the moment...

I seem to go through phases where it seems every night consecutively for sometimes an entire month my astral body wants to travel..sometimes I let it go and sometimes it becomes a battle..then it fades and nothing occurs for a while again. Does this seem to happen with you? Or anyone else here for that matter?

Yeah mags, I have something like that. It mostly happens when I have the time to focus on having OBE's...

I wish I could do it as good as one of my good friends. He claims to be able to do it almost instantly anytime he wants...

Thats pretty much how it happens for me too Mags. Seems its something that I just 'have' been doing since a young age...no idea how...it just happens. Though these days I can exercise some manner of control over when and how they do.

When I was younger they happened seemingly without input by me...without conscious initiation on my part...just *whooop* out I went... These days if they happen like that it tends to be for some sort of reason...purpose...which predominately seems to be aiding/protecting someone else, often family/loved ones. Though occasionally I just have a 'run' of them that seem to just 'happen' as well as those I feel are not right so fight them from happening.

Hmmm...so much I would say on this topic...its one I have much interest in...perhaps at a later time.

One problem with having astral lovers is that their bodies are far superior to human bodies, and so you can get spoilt and refuse to have human lovers again. Human bodies are real gross compared to spiritual bodies, and the differences can become overwhelming if you spend too much time with your astral lovers.

I have an astral lover who comes through physically from the astral worlds into this earth plane. She's pure ecstasy to be with, and thousands of times a better lover than any of the earth girls i've known.

So be careful if you're going to try and upgrade your love life to involve the spiritual realms. You may not be able to go back to the old earth type of love.

Also if you try to astral project then your guardian angel, or one of the lower earth guards, may kick your butt by scaring the bejesus out of you with a terrifying occult experience. She/he will be doing this so that you forget about leaving the earth plane and instead focus on your earth responsibilities.

The first time I tried to astral project I lay on my back and used sheer force to lift my astral form out of my body. As soon as I started doing this five beings of light appeared above me and told me to lie still and stay in my body. They said it wasn't time for me to leave my body yet.

After that I brought the light beings back a number of times just by trying to force myself out of my body with pure force of will.

Eventually I was able to astral travel all over the place, but i've learned to respect the beings above us who are in charge of this earth realm. If they say "don't travel" then I don't. If they say I can travel then I do. You probably won't understand why I should listen to them until you also experience the power they have.
