Stupid cliches

I just watched 16 blocks and it uses one of my most hated movie cliches of all time. Bruce Willis conviently hides a tape recorder and the bad guy spills his guts to it. I hate crap like that. I found this funny article that sums up a lot of them.

Bruce Willis movies are a cliche in itself. His movies always start out with him being an ex-cop waking up hung over.

almost all of them but not quite. there are several movies of his i like were he is not a hung over cop or a down and out cop or some other stupid thing. for example 12 monkeys or 6th sense.

Ive never noticed that but it seems so obvious now I think hes a great actor though one of my favourites.

Every "coach" movie and/or "teacher in the ghetto" movie are all exactly the same.
Women wake up with perfect makeup and hairdo's.
People who lived 1,000-2,000 years ago had perfect teeth.
Cops can only solve crimes once they have been kicked off the force.
Every comedy movie must have ben stiller and/or a wilson brother.
Any movie made recently must have the token gay kid or family member who adds absolutely nothing to the plot whatsoever.

I'll think of more, we should list stupid cliches, or not , whatever.
