Because this is a pet peeve of mine and I hear it time and time again, I'd like to point out:

Saying that Clinton was Impeached does not mean he was found guilty. Impeachment is a process, not a result.

On the charge of perjury, 55/45 with 10 Republicans and all 45 Democrats voting not guilty.

On the charge of obstruction of justice it was 50/50.

Both required a vote of 2/3rds to convict.

This is not common knowledge?

Who are you referring to that doesn't understand this?

"Clinton was impeached", is a proper statement!

I never said that saying he was impeached was improper. He was. However, it's my experience that people say that in their arguements, not understanding that it's not equivilant to being guilty of the charges. It happens time and time again.

Clinton should have shot someone in the face like Cheney.....I only had one beer, and did not get an alcohol test to the next day....

Or Started a war with Iraq with false lies like Bush.

Instead of being with Lewenski is a worse offense. yep.....

Clinton wasn't thinking straight.
