I've seen a few pics of these "flying cats" before. Most are probably fake but I think a few may be deformities. I really doubt any of them could fly though.

The picture looks like a fake to me. It does not seem possible for a cat to have wings.

I'm sure it's the same deformity responsible for siamese/unborn twins, etc. but with cats...

However, would be a funny evolutionary adaptation to catch those damned birds, hehe.....
