Is it possible to get satalites pictures of heat signature readings?

like arial photos of like a city but a picture of heat signatures

could you get even closer like even get peoples heat signature readings?

It is, but you have to be a researcher to get them, as far as I know.

When I did a newspaper article years (4-5 years) ago on the heat island effect of cities, I did manage to get some from NASA. They were interesting to look at.
