strange structures in the Nevada desert

I have Google Earth, and While I was looking at Area 51. I zoomed out and found a couple of other runways in the area. One was located running through a dried-up lake bed, and was very long. not only that there was one area that right inside of a lake bed, there was a giant circle that had rings around it. I was just wondering if any of yall had any more information about the area.

The circle with rings around it sounds like either a bomb range target or a real or mock SAM site that could eveb be used for bomb practice, but thats my guess without seeing it.

warpboost is right, what you are looking at is a bombing target on Lambs Pond Dry Lake Bed. Also some of the runways you see out there are also bombing targets.
