The next terrorist attack!

I am not much of a prognosticator, although I've been doing some interesting thinking. First off I should state my opinion is that US Admin. had prior knowledge of 9/11.

The first terroist attack enabled Bush and Company everything they needed to justify their ideology. Now they are in threat of losing congress which would slow down Bush's momentum going into the latter part of his FINAL term. Now the republicans have been big pushers of "America is safer today!" So to allow another attack prior to the midterm elections would negate their position of safety.

Prediction: Shortly after midterm elections, win or lose, the time will be right for another fear factor. I do hope I'm wrong though.
