I need some info on these little guys, Duendes are like gnomes but evil. Stories say the spanish broght them to mexico and they spread threw the US. They feed from the souls of children.

Well my whole issue is about five years ago we moved into a house were a strange lady and her kids lived. In the backyard she had set up 2 little wine glasses that she would always fill with jucies or liquer. When she left she told my dad not to move them or thown them away... (the cups.. lol).. well my dad broke them and threw them away. After that it was wired living in that house, cups would explode for no reason, u could hear small chilldren playing on our second floor of our house... we had no small children in the house!!! at night u could head a large animal clawing at the roof of the house, in the very last bedroom u could hear a snake hiss around 1 in the morning... and we had a huge 3 year old pittbull who was terrified of going in the house, if brought in he would pee him self and run out of the house yapping...

After abour 4 years of living there we moved out and every thing went back to normal.... Well untill now.. Someone in the house just became pregnit and every thing started over. A friend of the family who is into the occult was broght over and told what was going on.. she said we had 2 duendes following my dad. she told him to try and offer them somthing and see what they want.. they came to him in a dream and gave him 3 sets of scrambeld numbers. they told him he had to figure them out to know what they mean.. he gave me the numbers and and they coinced with the babys expected birth date...

I need help, info on them... How to get rid of them.... Please drop sum info or what u think.

If you really mean the truth about this well, then I suggest
you bring a psychic to your house, let him/her have a look
around and see what they can do about it. Hopefully they
will have a solution. If you are serious about this, it would
seem you have some ¨otherworldly¨ problem at hand here
so doing what i said would make the most sense.

I read you can frustrate them by asking them to count something that has more than 12. They can only count from 1-12 and no more. So if they get frustrated they may walk away and leave. Also you can ask them to pick up something like grain with their left hand it supposebly has a hole in it. Hope this helps!

Don't worry about getting rid of them. You already know what they want. Start leaving 2 little glasses of wine(or whatever) out for them like the "strange lady" did and I bet they will behave.

I wanna first say that i do not belive in theese duendes.

Im hispamic and i know an old lady that belives in duendes. She is 74 and she says they followed here all the way from Mexico. She says that once you see them they dodnt leave you alone and they follow you everywere. But her story is that they help her, not torments her. She says that they actualy help her in every day chores. I remember once we went camping. She came along. When we finished eating we startesd trowing our tortiyas at sum racoons she said to spot becouse if we leave and a duende eats the tortilla he may think we were feeding it. And if we feed it. We would be followed by them aswell. I dont believe it but she insist.

What do you think?

Ps sorry for the spelling english is my second language.

Well this reminds me alot of the Leprechaun. If these "duendes" are anything like them....they are tricksters and love alcohol
(no wonder thats why that woman left them drinks lol)

of course this is all according to legends...personally I would call a priest....recive instructions from him and FOLLOW THEM TO THE LETTER!

I believe you may have some form of evil spirit in your house...

The belief in duendes also is huge in the Philippines, which is no surprise considering that it was occupied by Spain for hundreds of years. I have grand uncles/aunts and cousins from over there that believe in these things. Have never seen anything to make myself a believer, here in the U.S., so I can't really comment on their existence.

But ya definitely call a paranormal specialist, if you are serious about finding things out.

Back inSouth America where my parents are form there is an old belief in Duendes. Basically they believe "el Duende is the Devil".

There it disguises itself as a small boy that wears a large fedora like hat that covers the half top of his face so you cannnot see it. It is said to follow both asdults and children.

I have a story my Grandmother told me once about it. Its's pretty spooky considering the places where it is said to have happened are spooky themselves, in rural areas that I have visited.

In Guam (Also taken over by Spain) beleif in Duendes is still common. It goes back even further than the actual duendes myth. The original spirits that are now called Duendes are called Taotaomona. They are often thought of as spirits of the ancient ancestors of Guam and the surrounding marianas island. I lived in Guam for years and I have heard so many stories of the really starnge hapenings.

The locals (Chamorro's) Are very respectful of the Taotaomona and won't even enter the jungle without asking permission from the spirits. Although Guam is now like Hawaii (Very Westernized and modernized) it is still holds on to certain superstitions and beleifs. It is really a very interesting read... Below are some links... Enjoy....

Well, all I can say is ... if you want them out, the best possible solution will be Christ. Trust me, I'm not joking, he commands all and saves all. Greys are scared of his name, Ghosts are scared of his name, hell, demons are taken out of possessed people by his name. So why don't you try it out? Get a pastor in there, quickly.

I believe in the paranormal, that doesn't mean I think what everyone thinks about it.

Duendes = bad.

yes, you are right. duende is a popular "creature" here in the Philippines. but, at this modern time these duendes are more referred as "little angels" or "little devils". white duende(angel) and black duende(devil).

duende is actually a dwarf.

there is another type of duende but they are known here as the most powerful of all duendes. it is called in Filipino as "nuno sa punso". "Punso" is a small pile of land formed like a hill standing at about 1-2 feet. it is where the "nuno" lives. once someone accidentally or intentionally destroyed the "punso, the "nuno" would seek revenge by hurting the guilty party.

i think you better call an "albularyo"(witch doctor) and let him do the funk!

From what I have heard, duendes are children who die before they have been baptist. I'm hispanic and when I was little my grandma use to scare me with stories about them."Te va a salir un duende!"

Is it true that the Filipino duendes become attached to children and therefore, curse them and whomever took them away from them? My mother told me that a fortune teller warned her to keep me away from a tree because she could see I was chatting with duendes and they would curse me when I left the country a few years later (she predicted our emigration accurately).

25 years later, every bf I've lived with has gone through some seriously hard luck. My partner was extremely lucky until me and once we got serious, his car got broken into, broke down several times, he lost money, was threatened then kinda attacked by his neighbor...this was years ago. And, the last year involved losing luggage, being double debited on the mortgage (chain reaction was worse), a plane ticket from the wrong country (Who know there was a London, Canada?) and so much more...that was just las summer!

Well, this Spring he did some major yardwork and pulled invasive vines of this large tree in our backyard and literally that afternoon, things got better.

I've heard that duendes are appeased by offerings like coins and sweets at their trees/dwellings. Anyone know about this?

ps. I don't this the wine glasses situation was the same creature. It seems like the duendes may have protected the house somewhat from other bad things. While they can be malicious and mischievous, I don't know that they're evil...are they?!

The Hawaiians also have similar creature called menehunes but they are not malicious.

I'm from the Philippines and knowledge of these beings are considered to be stock knowledge here.

I have had no personal experience of said "mythical" creatures, but a lot of people from the provinces have told me horrible stories about these evil beings a few years ago when i was little.

They are most likely very real and extremely dangerous, your dad made a bad decision in dealing with forces that no one knows much about. You could satisfy them for the time being with a sacrifice of some sort, while waiting for someone that can eradicate them.

Have an exorcist, or one that specializes in dealing with such creatures, a Witch Doctor.

Do not Ignore this situation, your life will become a living hell and they'd make you wish you were dead. Get help, fast.

I think the wine would only keep them calm if you truly want them out there is a number of things you could do to command them away from the family they are following.
One thing is having an exorcism, the creatures came from spain where they believed in god so possibly it will effect them to have a holy man visit the man they follow. One major thing is get someones help who knows what they are doing you really shouldnt deal with spirits alone ESPECIALLY if you have had no experience in dealing with spirits before, they can be very dangerous.

Or if god doesnt see fit to help then you can try protective spells or spells to drive an enemy away. Or there are spells to cleanse you home of negetive energy.

Side not spirits dont like the color red so wear red clothing to keep those dang duendes at bay.
You can U2U me and I can provide you with protective spells or you can use their occultist friend.

I think the most obvious thing to do here is get some wine glasses and leave juice and stuff in them.

Also most people dont ever think to do the obvious but if theyre demons they have to leave if you ask them to.
