No New Thread Button on ATSNN

I have been wanting to contribute to the ATSNN board for sometime now but for some reason there is no "New Thread" button showing on the thread menu page. I can reply to current posts but can not post anything new. What gives? Thanks for any replies.

There are no new thread buttons, but there is a "news submission" options some where, that may be what you are looking for.

To make a submission, or start a new discussion in ATSNN, you must use the ATSNN submission form here:

www.abovetopsecret.com...

It is in the links at the top of every member page, between chat and member center.
