All new build MiG-29s are to have this 'function'..

And many of the old ones are to be modified with this..

russia upgrades its current fleet of MiG-29s to MIG-29SMT

most of the essential operational details regarding the MiG-29SMT are being kept secret

the Mig-29SMT LERX's are the same as the standard Mig-29, except they removed the overwing air intakes, and put more fuel tanks in it place

No!

MiG-29OVT, with three-dimensional thrust-vectoring engine nozzles.

(Basicly same as SMT, but SMT has no thrust-vectoring..)
