You may not be allowed to answer what I am about to ask, but I'm asking anyway.

How many times does a government ID appear on the hit list for this site? I'm just curious.

Not a moderator, but do you mean a government ip id such that a government
agency can be shown to view this site.

There are loging sites that can identify locations of web hits.

Some site show this information but not forums, just plane pages.

I would think that government installations can hide or spoof their IP address.

Yeah, I mean IP...I'm just curious how many government IPs show up on this site on a monthly basis.

I think you would like to see a statistic like this:

But for the statistics from ATS, you have to ask the Administrators, which have access of these kind of data. I don't think they will expose such numbers to the public. That's a conspiracy board, you know?

That's an excellent question, i'd be facinated to hear, ofcourse USG adresses could just be from an average Joe in his office, bored out of his mind, looking up something of interest.

I'd be more curious about WHAT forum they hang around in.

Here are the top 249, out of over 12,000 unique domains that have accessed ATS in August.

I see Nasa.gov in there!

Aim High

Ooh, look at that: af.mil (U.S. Air Force) is #40 on the list.

No doubt they're here to keep us from finding out the truth about UFOs.

(Actually, conspiracy theories aside, it's pretty cool to see that level of interest in ATS)

They probably come here to get ideas.

I can see it now...

Halliburton Employee #1: "How can we make more money through sneaky, diabolical conspiracies?"

Halliburton Employee #2: "I dunno. Let's see what they're saying about us on ATS."

Halliburton Employee #1: "Ding ding ding! We have a winner! Look at this juicy idea in the War on Terrorism forum..."

I'm sure that's exactly the way it happens, too.

I use comcast, and a few others, comcast is a large provider in the USA. Getting fairly common in Michigan and others states I know. Hmm, oddly enough that list wasn't too reveiling.

Was expecting more of a Victoria's secret type of display...

I know I show as 2 on the list, when at work #3 and at home #17. Pretty interesting stuff though.
